Hey guys no practice today but make sure you get out and toss and jog around a bit. First game is at 11 tomorrow morning so show up at 9:45. Bring lots of food, water, Gatorade, socks. Bring your fuggin cleats, a couple lights, and a couple darks. See you all tomorrow

Practice tonight is on as of now. Keep checking the blog up until practice to make sure nothing has changed.

Practice is cancelled tonight because the fields are still too wet to play on. Hopefully the fields will be good enough to play on tomorrow. Keep checking the blog. If the fields are still closed tomorrow, we will come up with some alternate practice so we still get one in before SB Invite this weekend.

I’m getting absolutely pumped for this weekend, hope you all are as well.

Your first point of contact with the ground (whether it is your foot, hand, face, whatever) has to be in the endzone after having complete possession of the disc in order for it to be a score. So if you lay out from outside the endzone, catch the disc in mid air, and then land in the endzone, that is a goal.

Practice tomorrow is on. It might end up getting a little nippy again so bring warm stuff. Should be a good practice refining the offense a little more again and then going into scrimmages.

As discussed at practice, attendance has been pretty low so you should all show up. And you should all talk to your friends that haven’t been showing up to get them to come out.
