Tentative Schedule for Fall Quarter:

October Schedule (Starts Sunday, Sept. 28):

Sunday, 9-11 AM

Wednesday, 7:30 - 10 PM

Friday, 4:30 - 7 PM

November Schedule:

Tuesday, Time TBA

Thursday, Time TBA

Sunday, 9-11 AM

ALSO: Track workouts held on the track near the campus parking garage every Monday at 5 PM.

All practices through October will be held on the Lower Soccer Fields, across Highland from the Engineering Building. November location TBA.

Finally, throwing practice every weekday from 11 AM to 1 PM on Dexter Lawn.

 

 

WHAT TO BRING

 

FIRST TIME OUT? WHAT TO EXPECT

 

    We usually warm up by throwing a disc back and forth with a partner, so ask someone around you if they're ready to play. Introduce yourself and go with the flow. If you are confused about something, just ask for help. To continue our warm-up, we usually do some simple drills. The rest of the practice involves additional drills and scrimmages.

  • cleats
  • running shoes (if a jogging-only pracitce)
  • light and dark shirt
  • clothes that scream "I want huge, muddy grass stains!"
  • A disc with your name on in (not necessary on your first time out)
